Summary
The people of the UK have been living in a 'nanny state' situation for far too
long. Regulations on what we can are can't say are still in place - there
remains a lack of a written constitution and bill of rights.
Not only are many Laws outdated from the Victorian era, but there remains a
total lack of any proper modern day written constitution/bill of rights.
Central policy : People have the right to do as they wish, in the privacy of their own homes.
Pubs allowed to open as and when they wish.
Liberty section.
Age of Majority
16. 18 . 21 ? Which is it ?
Okay, to begin with let us get this quite clear...
You can have a sexual (hetero) relationship at age 16, but you are not allowed
to legally watch an 18 certificate movie which contains 'graphic sex scenes' ?
What the... , you can do it, but you can't see it on screen ? Huh. What's
wrong with this picture ? Am I missing something here, or does this sound
so stupid a set of laws.
Clearly, something needs to be done. However, not one of the current political
parties
How the hell did British society end up with such confused and messed up 'age of
majority' laws.
We surely all recognise that the age of sexual consent is NEVER going to be
raised, so, where do we go from here ?
Proposal
We need a clear and definitive law on 'age of majority'. Such an age will apply
to a whole array of laws.
The Right to Vote
Everyone 16 and over should have the right to Vote. Currently, you can work full
time, pay thousands of pound of tax a year, have you own home, be married, have
children, yet not have the ability to vote. This insane situation must be
changed. The youth of today are more world-aware than any previous generation.
Young people are often more aware of world issues than their so called
'superiors'.
If you are allowed to marry at age 16, then you should surely also have the
right to vote in local and national elections.

Right to Protect you own Home : The Castle Law
The phrase 'An Englishman's home is his castle' still typifies the British
way of life. Our homes are one of the most important things we possess. They are
our sanctuary's, our private spaces, the places we bring up our families.
House theft is a horrible crime, a crime that is not taken seriously enough by
the courts. House burglary makes the family feel violated, all their personal
belongings have been touched, their home has been raped.
Over the last few decades, and more so, across the last few years we have seen
some shocking court cases. Cases where people have been taken to court and
prosecuted for protecting their homes, their families from intruders.
Rule 1 : ANY unauthorised intruder loses ALL their human rights when breaking
into someone's private home.
2. The householder has the right to deal with any intruder as they so
wish.
3. If any cases do proceed to court, where the intruder wishes to allege
assault. It will be up to the intruder to prove that they had permission to
enter the house. How will they do this ?
Clearly, your scum of the earth burglar/thief/intruder will have a damn hard
time trying to invent some story that they were invited in by someone they don't
know.
Everyone should have the right to protect their homes, their families, from
cheap thieving criminal trash.
In our own homes, we have the right to use ANY force we choose. Only a
criminal would argue against such a policy.

Drugs :
Taking drugs away from the Criminal Fraternity
Currently, we have the rather bizarre situation where the most damaging drugs
are legal, and the 'less harmful' ones are very much illegal.
The harmfulness of drugs is VERY misunderstood, the media has lead to some
widely inaccurate perceptions of what drugs are okay, and what are truly nasty.
Alcohol remains a highly toxic substance, and kills ****** people each year -
according to the governments own figures
Smoking, kills around ****** people EVERY single year.
Currently, according to the Home office...
Ecstasy
Amphetamines
Cannabis related
Cocaine
Heroine
Crack cocaine
So, do the current laws make ANY sense at all to you ?
We have thousands of people dying each year from alcohol related deaths, over
100,000 dying from the effects of smoking. Then the government spend hundreds of
millions of pounds in trying to prevent use of 'illegal' drugs - in particular
ectasy and cannabis.
Lets get this quite clear, ALL drugs are harmful. Prohibition of ANYTHING never
works. The prohibition of alcohol is a classic example. If you ban something, it
will go underground, and be controlled by the criminal world. More people will
die from impure forms of the drug in the longer run, as the Americans found out
during the prohibition years.
